Restoration of Normal Service/Apology for Service Downtime

Difficulties encountered during previously scheduled network maintenance (which began 11:00 PM on Feb. 18th (Thu) Japan time) have been resolved and services restored to normal as of 5:00 PM on Feb 19th (Fri).
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience that this unexpected extension of service downtime has caused you.

Cause of downtime: Network connection failure
Period of downtime: Feb. 18 (Thu) 11:00PM - Feb. 19 (Fri) 5:00PM (Japan time)

Due to complications involving network cables, service was interrupted for all services beyond the previously intended network maintenance period scheduled.

Inability to access our service sites
Inability to log-in to our services
Inability to update blogs, diaries and other service contents
Similar sporadic/consistent downtime for sites constructed with our services

We deeply apologize for troubles caused by our service downtime and we thank you for your continued patience as we worked to bring our services back online. We will work to ensure that similar downtime is not experienced again during future network maintenance.
